Definition:
An engineered structural wood-based panel composed of wood strands, flakes or wafers bonded under heat and pressure with a waterproof resin. The external layers are aligned in the panel direction and the inner layers are either cross-aligned or randomly-oriented. Common uses are sheathing in walls, floors, and roofs.
