Technology of developing devices and methods that can precisely and effectively control and manipulate fluids in channels with dimensions of tens of micrometers. In this technology, typically small volumes of fluids are moved, mixed, separated or processed in various ways. It has advantages over traditional techniques due to its high sensitivity in the micrometer scale.
