lipopolysaccharide receptors

Definition: Glycolipid-anchored membrane glycoproteins expressed on cells of the myelomonocyte lineage including monocytes; macrophages; and some granulocytes. They function as receptors for the complex of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and LPS-binding protein.
